Our chapter offers two $500 awards available for first-time attendees to the Midwest Chapter's Annual Conference. To qualify for the award you must:
- be a current Midwest Chapter member
- be a resident of one of the following nine states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, or Wisconsin
- have a master's degree in library/information science
- have at least ONE year of experience as a professional librarian
- have NEVER attended a Midwest Chapter Annual Conference
- have a financial need
