Fargo/Moorhead

The Fargo-Moorhead area has many fun things to do. You can view a Viking ship replica at the Heritage Hjemkomst Interpretive Center or you might want to see Bonanzaville, USA, a historic village featuring turn-of-the-century main street business, cabins, bonanza homes and more. There is also a Fargo Air Museum.

There is a wonderful fine arts museum, Plains Art Museum, set in a beautifully renovated turn-of-the-century warehouse in Fargo.

Fargo-Moorhead is known for its shopping. West Acres Shopping Center has four department stores, 100 specialty stores and a huge Food Court area. The downtown area also has a great shopping area. There are antique stores, bead stores, quilting stores, galleries, and other specialty stores.

For more information about tourism and shopping in the Fargo-Moorhead area, go to www.fargomoorhead.org
