Dear Potential Exhibitor,

We are happy to invite you take part in the joint meeting of the Midwest Medical Library Association and the Indiana Health Sciences Librarians’ Association taking place in Indianapolis, October 8th -11th at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.

The preliminary schedule has been determined, with the following dates and times being of note to exhibitors:

Saturday, October 8th	5:30 -7:30 pm Exhibitor Set Up
	7:30-9:00 pm Exhibitor Welcome Reception
Sunday, October 9th	10-11 am Break with Exhibitors
	2:30-3 pm Break with Exhibitors
	6-10 pm Hospitality Tailgate Gala at the NCAA Hall of Fame

We hope you stay to mingle with your present and prospective library clients at the Tailgate Gala held at the NCAA Museum. Wear your favorite team jersey-- college or professional!

Exhibitor fees have been set at $725 for contracts signed and returned by August 1st. After this date, the fee is $825. This fee included all meals for one attendee on Sunday and the NCAA reception. Internet access fees will be the responsibility of the vendor, and are $15.00 per day.

Additional representatives who attend from your corporation will be assessed $35 per day.

One-day attendance (Sunday, October 9) will be $160 for Midwest MLA corporate members, and $210 for non-Midwest MLA corporate members.

This year exhibitor space is limited, so be sure to return your registration early to ensure a spot.

Additionally, we ask you to consider sponsorship or partial sponsorship of a meal or break, and to donate an item to be raffled at the end of the Exhibitor Reception on Saturday evening.

Exhibitors are an integral part of any professional conference, and we look forward to seeing you this October in Indianapolis and learning what is new and exciting in your product lines!
