Conference Registration
If you are planning on just taking CE on Saturday, there is no need to register
for the conference, although we hope you are planning on joining us for what is sure to be an
excellent conference!
Full registration includes:
- Sunday’s Special Event at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art
- programming on days noted in schedule
- breakfast and lunch on days noted in schedule
One-day registration for Sunday or Monday includes:
- programming for the registered day
- breakfast and lunch for the registered day
- if the one-day registration is for Sunday, the Special Event at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art is included in the registration

On-site registration will be available at the conference (check, VISA, or MC). For CE classes, registrations will be accepted until the class roster is full or the class has started. Please note, if a CE course is cancelled, you will be notified at least 7 days prior to the start of the conference. Extra tickets for the Sunday Special Event at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA) are available.
Refunds:
- 100% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations before August 23, 2010
- 50% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations between August 24 – September 18, 2010
- 0% refund available after September 19, 2010

*To take advantage of member pricing, you must be a current member of either the Midwest Chapter/MLA or the Wisconsin Health Science Library Association and have a member validation code. These codes will be distributed soon via each organization’s members-
only email lists. If you do not have a code and are a current member, please contact
mhitchcock@library.wisc.edu. When you register, you will be prompted for the code after you
enter your name and contact information.
